cant drink tea with empty stomach, cant drink tea after meals, coz both oso will harm our body. drink the tea at the right time with the suitable quantity.

All types of the tea are not good for the health.
Green tea is more effective for our health and fitness because its 100% natural and have a number of benefits for our health, specially it controls the cholesterol level, burn the unnecessary fat, lose the extra body weight, and also improve the heart health.

Yes i have to agree with you that all types of tea are not good for health and green tea is one of the fine and best tea for health. It helps in burning fat and one cup of green tea daily burns fat and can loose lot of fat.

Green tea is an excellent tea , it helps you in maintaining your body weight and helps in enhancing fitness. It is much better then any other form of tea. It enhance skin tone and lower cholesterol level.
