Prom night is still the most important dance of high school senior year. And like always, the night still revolves around having a date. Most teens would rather avoid the prom altogether than arrive without a date. Guys agonize over whether the answer will be “yes” or “no” when they ask a girl to the prom. They don’t realize that girls devote months toward relationships to be asked by the right person.

So prom night need to be marvelous experience for them because prom night is their last moment for high school life. Also this is last time they want to spent with the person they like. After the prom night, many people will busy with their own selecting college. There student went to work after graduation. In order to make marvelous experience, there are step advice to follow:

1) Build Committee Team.
-First you need to build committee team to help you organize the prom night. Choosing team member must be reliable, hardwork, teamplay, can help each other when have problem and most important is trust with each other. The purpose of committee team is to ensure the event going according to the plan. Each member have their own task need to be complete. Having meeting regularly is most important because we can know the problem occur. Also meeting can improvise the planning. You should then speak to the faculty and present your prom plan for their approval. You should always set and work within a budget to avoid overspending. Leave some cash aside to cater for any last minute expenses that may pop up.

2) Choosing the Venue and Date.
-The first item the prom night planning committee should have on their agenda is setting the prom date. You need to pick a convenient date that will ensure most of your guests will be available. Avoid picking dates when other schools are holding their events. This is most important thing on prom night. There are characteristic when choosing venue. For example is maximum capacity people can enter the venue. Venue must need hold maximum people and prop for prom night. The event must book early atleast 1 month early. The number of guests you plan to invite will determine the size of the hall you pick.

3) Pick theme for the prom.
-Now this is the fun part when it comes to planning the perfect prom night. Your committee needs to come up with a theme for the party and build around it. You can choose to go with the traditional black tie formal or pick a theme that is more festive like the Masquerade Ball or the Carnival Night. There are so many options to choose from as long as all the members of the committee come in agreement. Since it is hard to please everyone, you can carry a simple poll where you give 3-4 theme options to your fellow students and then you can pick the most popular theme.

4) Plan Come Activities On The Event
-To make prom night more interesting, committee can provide some activities. For example is fashion show. One prom activity that the prom committee can do to change up the course of the night is a prom fashion show. Any student, couple or groups of friends who want to enter the fashion show can do so. There can be a stage setup, or contestants can simply make a runway in front of the DJ booth. Students who are watching the show can give cheers and applause to contestants they think have the best outfits for prom.

5) Invitation
- After planning done and there is no problem, you can proceed send the invitation. You can advertise the event through T-shirts, emails and posters. To make the event more special, you can print invitation cards that coordinate with the theme of the prom and send to your guests. If you follow the above tips to the letter, you are guaranteed to have the perfect prom night you will live to remember.
