Step 1: Get Legal
If you don't have a legal business, you cannot work with real wholesalers, which means you can't earn real profits. You also can't collect credit card purchases from your customers unless you have a legal business in your state.It's not expensive, and it IS absolutely necessary.

TIP 1: Your business name should be a general name, not specific to any products. That way you can sell anything you want online now and in the future, without having to change your business name.
