Salam,

Nak tanya lah, adakah eBay "id name" memainkan peranan penting?, contohnya jika id seseorang itu cuma macam ni "si97sd" atau "kl99w"?. Atau buyer tak kisah pasal id seller ni?

Lagi satu, andaikata kita nak tukar user id kita boleh ke? (aku rasa macam tak commercial je user id aku sekarang ni )

Step One: Exceptional communication

Most people are so world-weary when it comes to purchasing items, both online and off. They’ll be just going through the motions unless you make it different somehow.

Good communication is one way of doing this. Despite the fact that people communicate every day, few people do it really well. Try putting more care and attention into your communications, whether in person or by email. Make sure that you are always prompt in replying to a customer and try putting a few good old-fashioned values back into customer service. Be polite, genuine, prompt and enthusiastic.
Step Two: Something extra

When packaging up a purchase, throw something extra in as a thank you token. Sure it’s not a new idea, but people never tire of a nice surprise. It could be a short, handwritten note saying something like: ‘Jessica, Thank you for your custom. Hope to see you back at Animal Collectibles soon! Bob’. Or it could be an object such as a magnet, sweets, a small sample of another item you offer, or a discount voucher for repeat purchases. This not only shows that you value their custom, but also that you are generous, and not just out to make a quick buck.
Step Three: Keeping in Contact

It’s important to remind your customers of your presence after they have purchased. One of the best ways of doing this is by giving your customers the opportunity to sign up and receive an email newsletter and/or regular news updates from your business. Just include a link at the bottom of your invoice email or a check box and email entry box at the bottom of a paper invoice.

Salam rakan2 sekalian.. pagi2 ni aku bg lagi korang satu lagi tool yg power utk tarik traffik ke korang punya current listing, store or search results.. yg plng best ialah its free to use, korang akan dicharge apabila ada click jer. kira mcm ppc campaign yg lain.

Ada dua cara nk target ads

1) Guna keyword
2) Guna kategori

p/s trial n error first, start budget kecil2lan dulu.. bila korang dah dpt rentak.. barulah pulun habis-habisan. :)

ataupun strategi dia suruh org masuk store dia , berkorban sikit...kira upah promosi la.
ko jangan cakap membunuh diri...ko taktau...itu strategi diaorang...mane tau dia saja nak buat umpan masuk dalam stor...kat dalam stor kasi promosi abis2...jangan laa mengutuk...lenlaa kalo ko wat home page, featured plus sume,...memang laaa tak berbaloi tapi bukan membunuh...listing biar berpada...

1) Bagi aku, itu tetap strategi membunuh diri.. kenapa aku ckp mcm tu, kalo ko punya produk tu memang killer produk dan memang customer dah tahu harga market luar x per la..

cth kalo ko list Handphone.. x kan la customer tu nk bid 1 cent kot.

2) Dlm ko x sedar ko telah rosakkan harga market, customer la yg untung.. silap2 ko leh rugi. nk tak nak kena la jual. seller lain jugak merasa tempias dia.. :)

3) Bnyk lagi strategi ko nk tarik customer ke store.. sila rujuk blk post aku yg lepas2 dan yg terkini..

p/s Business ebay ni adalah penuh strategi, jgn sampai strategi mkn diri sendiri dah la.. :)

kekadang orang tengah ni.. dia just buat website jer.. barang dia order dan suoh lain dropshipper hantar.

ada banyak cara leh pastikan legit or not dropshipper ni..
kalau bertanya kat orang.. susah orang nak kasi jawapan..
