Salary : RM4000 - RM5500

*MUST HAVE*
-At least 3 years experience in proven account management or other relevant experience
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all necessary levels of the organization
-Experience in delivering B-to-B and client-focused solutions

-BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
-Knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes
-A good understanding of the whole digital marketing mix
-Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
-Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-The primary job of account manager centers on seeking new sales opportunities, and creating long-term, trusting relationships with the existing customers.
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Acquire new sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Prepare reports on account status
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
-Enhance reputation of organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
-Liaise between the customer and internal teams
